Energy-saving principles and features of the new Rugao blowers and vacuum pumps
2022-04-15
The energy-saving principles and key features of the new energy-efficient Rugao blowers and suction fans are as follows: By optimizing the internal impeller shape and volute structure of the blowers and suction fans, their efficiency has been significantly improved. New technologies and materials have been adopted to enhance the smoothness of both the supply and exhaust air ducts, and the principle of gasification is utilized to reduce internal airflow resistance and fan leakage. Leveraging the blower’s own air source, and after modifying the mechanism, the blowing and suction modes have been altered, enabling automatic removal of accumulated dust and debris from the filters—thus eliminating the need for frequent manual cleaning. This approach overcomes the drawbacks of reduced suction performance and low energy efficiency caused by filter blockages resulting from delayed manual cleaning.

At the same time, this approach also saves on investment and energy consumption associated with centralized vacuum systems, thereby reducing labor intensity, enhancing blowing performance, and conserving energy. Equipped with blow nozzles of various lengths and diameters, the system allows for easy replacement of 10 different nozzle heads, shortening the distance to cleaning points that require blowing, and enabling a more scientifically and rationally designed nozzle configuration. As a result, a single spinning machine can now be used for both blowing and vacuuming; the power requirement has been reduced to as low as 0.75 kW, representing significant energy-saving potential and substantial advantages for wider adoption compared to the original 1.5 kW power requirement.
Recommendations for the cleaning and maintenance of Rugao blowers and vacuum pumps:
1. Clean the blower and vacuum cleaner at least once every two weeks.
2. Check the tension of the drive belt once a month. If you find that the drive belt is loose, tighten it properly. If necessary, shorten the belt and reinstall it.
3. Clean the nylon filter inside the machine every six months, and remove dust from the blower and exhaust fan once a year.
4. The back-splatter collected by the external cotton filter should be removed regularly according to the number of spinning operations—typically at least twice per shift. Otherwise, the negative pressure of the back-splatter collection system will decrease, causing internal splatters to fail to be effectively cleaned.
5. The blower, the driven wheel’s spindle, and the three pulleys on it are equipped with pressure-injection cups. High-speed grease should be injected once a month, and the drive motor should be serviced and lubricated annually.
