Product Introduction
1. The automatic roving circulation system eliminates the need for manual transport carts to move and change yarn within the spinning frame, while also improving the efficiency of roving transportation and reducing labor costs associated with handling roving.
2. The automatic circulating system for roving yarn effectively prevents damage to the equipment caused by improper operation during the process of pushing transport vehicles, which could otherwise result in collisions with certain parts of the winding system on the spinning frame. This reduces machine failures attributable to human factors and enhances production efficiency.
3. The conveying chain of the roving automatic circulation system is configured with each pair of spindles (spindle spacing ≈ 260 mm) serving as a connecting unit (customization available upon special request). The specific number of connecting units is determined based on the length of the spinning frame. Once loaded, the roving-conveying chain rotates within a circular track driven by a motor, ensuring that full bobbins are always ready to supply the spinning frame for yarn changes.
4. Depending on the length of the spinning frame (short or long), equip 8 to 18 push-button switches to enable roving operators to conveniently control the roving loop system from different positions.
