Abstract
This utility model relates to an energy-saving blow-and-suction cleaner for roving frames, which is installed on the roving frame. Its key feature lies in the following: it comprises a fan volute, an air intake cover, and a fan impeller. The fan volute adopts a horizontally arranged single-airway structure. The top of the fan volute is equipped with an impeller suction port, while its side is fitted with a side air outlet connected to a blowing duct. The fan impeller is housed inside the fan volute and faces directly toward the impeller suction port. The top of the fan volute is covered by an air intake cover, which features a side air inlet connected to a suction duct. The advantage of this utility model is that its single-airway structure ensures that, during operation, the gas drawn into the impeller suction port is centrifugally thrown out through the side air outlet along a single airway; thus, there is no reduction in air-exhaust efficiency caused by a dual-airway, single-airoutlet configuration, leading to a significant decrease in energy consumption.

It achieves a power savings of 40-60% while maintaining the same cleaning effectiveness (the original blow-and-suction system required a motor power of 1.1-1.5 kW, whereas the new energy-saving model requires only 0.55 kW); 2. The product features low noise, a compact structure, and easy maintenance; 3. Depending on different requirements, additional cleaning points can be added at locations on the main equipment where needed; 4. The cleaning air volume can be adjusted to an appropriate level according to the specific yarn types being processed.
