Abstract
The present invention discloses a blow-and-suction cleaner equipped with a non-impact reversing mechanism. Its structure includes a frame, a cleaning fan, a reversing mechanism, and a displacement drive mechanism. The reversing mechanism comprises a rotation protection unit, a fixed rod, and a stabilization unit. The rotation protection unit is fixedly mounted at the bottom of the cleaning fan. The bottom end of the fixed rod is fixed to the displacement drive mechanism and is driven by the displacement drive mechanism to move along the extension direction of the track. The top end of the fixed rod is connected to the rotation protection unit and, in cooperation with the rotation protection unit, enables the cleaning fan to reciprocate and reverse its direction along the track. When working in conjunction with the fixed rod, the rotation protection unit protects the displacement drive mechanism. The stabilization unit is connected to the rotation protection unit and is positioned closely adjacent to the cleaning fan. The stabilization unit ensures stable movement and directional reversal of the cleaning fan along the track. The present invention not only enables the cleaning fan to perform reciprocating motion but also provides protection for the displacement drive mechanism.

Energy-saving blow-and-suction product features of the non-impact reversing mechanism:
1. Energy Saving: The power consumption of this product when used with conventional equipment is (0.14 kW + 0.55 kW).
0.69 kW—compared to the 1.5 kW required for conventional blow-and-suction systems, this product achieves power savings of approximately 54%. This product demonstrates particularly significant energy-saving effects in the fields of double-drawers for spinning machines, long-frame machines, extended-frame machines, and blow-and-suction applications in weaving machines, when compared to traditional blow-and-suction systems.
2. Stable Operation: Compared to conventional dragon-belt-driven blowers and vacuum pumps, this product operates more smoothly, without the impact and shaking typically associated with the reversing action of traditional dragon-belt systems. Additionally, it avoids issues such as inflexible reversing and operational shaking or jerking caused by wear or delamination of the drive belt.
3. Intelligent Operation: This product can be optionally equipped with a PLC-based intelligent control system, or it can leverage the host equipment’s PLC-based intelligent control system to achieve functions such as automatic yarn-reel stopping, intermittent operation, and pre-stop cotton suction, thereby meeting the diverse requirements for blowing and suction operations during the production process.
4. Low operating costs: In addition to its energy-saving advantages, this product virtually eliminates the consumption of mechanical components compared to conventional belt-driven blowers and vacuum systems (which require frequent replacement of drive belts, reversing forks, bearings, belt pulleys, and other key blower/vacuum system parts). Compared to traditional turbine and worm-gear blowers and vacuum systems, this product also extends the service life of electrical appliances and wiring, thereby reducing operating costs.
5. Low maintenance costs: Compared to conventional blowers and vacuum systems, the non-impact reversing mechanism offers energy savings.
