Abstract
The present invention discloses an energy-saving air box for a roving frame. Its structure comprises a plurality of suction plugs with different diameters; the number of suction plugs matches the number of suction ports. The suction plugs are sequentially arranged from left to right inside the suction ports, with their diameters decreasing progressively from left to right. The energy-saving air box includes an air box, a filter cotton assembly, an automatic cotton-scraping device, and an air outlet assembly. The top of the air box is equipped with an air inlet, which is connected to an air duct. The air outlet assembly is located on one side of the air box, and the filter cotton assembly is positioned directly below the air inlet and connected to the air outlet assembly. The automatic cotton-scraping device is closely adjacent to the filter cotton assembly. At the bottom of the air box, there is a cotton-collecting device, which is situated directly below the filter cotton assembly. This invention not only effectively reduces energy consumption within the energy-saving air box but also enables the collection of filtered waste cotton fibers, facilitating subsequent handling of these waste fibers.
